Returns Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Beefree offers a 14-day return policy. If you don't like the product, or if you change your mind, you have 14 clear days after the date of receipt of the package to send the product back to us. If you contact us after 14 days, or if the product does not reach us within the given timeframe, returns cannot be accepted. For a return to be accepted, the product must be new, unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, as you received it. If the package containing the ornaments has been opened, the product will be considered used and cannot be returned.
Please do not send your product before receiving confirmation from support. To be eligible for a return, please provide the following information to support:
• An email for your return request, sent to Contact@Beefree.com within 14 days of receipt.
• 2-3 photos of the product.
If your request has been accepted, you will be promptly notified by email and will receive all the details for returning the product. Once we have received the product and inspected it, you will receive an email confirming that the product has been received. If the return conditions have been met and the product is complete, you will receive a refund for your order. This will appear on your bank statement or PayPal account within 4-5 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded, however (products ordered with free delivery are therefore not concerned).
Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
• If the package was not delivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address,
• If the package was not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, snow, package blocked at customs),
• If tracking indicates "Delivered" but you claim to have received nothing,
• If a postman does not leave a delivery notice, and the package ends up being returned to the sender (you will need to file a claim with your country's postal service: La Poste for France, BPost for Belgium, etc.).
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
We only exchange defective products. If you have received a defective product, please contact us by email at Contact@Beefree.com within 14 days of receiving the product, and your product will be replaced as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
If you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
